RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible merchandise. The 7-day period starts when your package is marked as delivered.
Refunds are provided as store credit only, less the amount of the original shipping cost.
Final Sale or other excluded merchandise are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Returned product will only be accepted if a Return Authorization number has been provided by Men's Closet and is listed with your return. Returns received without a Return Authorization number will not be refunded or reshipped. To request an online return please contact us at web@
Items must be returned in the following condition:
- New Condition
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Tags must be attached (when applicable)
- If you are returning shoes or other footwear, the original box must be included, free of damage and shipping labels
Mens Closet cannot be held responsible for returned packages lost or stolen in transit prior to receipt.
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges, therefore, we recommend that you ship only via a trackable and insured method.
