Shipping + Return Policy
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and will ship within 2-3 business days. During peak periods and special releases, please allow 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. Please be sure to double-check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. Mens Closet is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims or correspondence with the shipping carrier.
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible merchandise. The 14-day period starts when your package is marked as delivered. Refunds are provided as store credit (that may be used in-store or online), less the amount of the original shipping cost. Final Sale or other excluded merchandise are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Returned product will only be accepted if a Return Authorization number has been provided by Mens Closet and is listed with your return. Returns received without a Return Authorization number will not be refunded or reshipped. To request an online return please contact us at mailto:email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges, therefore, we recommend that you ship only via a trackable and insured method.
